Getting started staff

In order to effectively maximize the platform it’s critical that you understand the basics regarding setting up your account and profile. The below guide will walk you through the process.

Profile Setup Flow

Sign Up

Sign up from the main page from the link on the top header. Complete the form including all details and click the create account button.

Verify Account

You will receive a verification email that you will need to open and verify by clicking the confirm email address button in the email. Alternatively you can copy the link in the email body and past in your browser bar.

Login

From the verification email, you’ll be signed in automatically or you can sign in directly from the home page. Once you do, you can complete the profile information on the settings page.

Dashboard Information

This is your main dashboard that you see when you login. From here you can access your profile, settings and listings. You can see each of the listings people have posted, advertising the services they want to be hired for.

Complete User Settings

From the settings page, located in the top right corner you are going to want to complete your entire profile page via profile > edit profile page.

Update Your Profile

Fill in all of the details, including an image that will used as your display picture.

Add Banking Information

In order to accept transactions, you need to ensure that your banking information in inputted into the settings section. The can be found under Profile > Edit Profile > Payments.

Add Listings

From the main screen, there is a large black “add listings” that will help you create a listing for each types of job you want to be hired for.

Completing Listing Fields

Once all of the mandatory fields are completed, you will have created your very first listing! Continue to add talent listings and book more gigs!

Set Your Availability

Employers book you based on the availability that you set for each listing. Always ensure this is up to date and reflect the realistic times you can work. If your are always available, ensure that the start and end times are maxed out for each day Monday - Sunday.

Maximizing Availability

Each listing can be managed directly through your settings page under Listings. Always ensure that every talent listing has the availability set correct to reflect the schedule of your talent. The booking flow is based off of this inputted availability, so customers will only be able to book talent for the correct dates which are showcased in your calendar!
